We always want to purpose solutions the most closer of the needs of our customers. Aplast and S2P work together to answer to the problem of rapid prototyping and the production of small series of Plastronics.
Aplast is expert in the production of semi-products with its exclusive extrusion compression process. It offers semi-products of great stability and homogeneity, without internal constraints as bubbles or micro voids, even for thick parts. These blocks can be machined by conventional processes to obtain a single part or a small series of parts.
S2P then applies its competences in order to achieve selective metallization on these parts, to integrate antennas, sensors, 3D interconnections…
Many technical materials are compatible with this process, especially in selective metalizable grades as COP, PC, PEI or PEEK
